Review of The Ballad of Cable Hogue (1970) by Orlok W — 07 Jul 2012
The Ballad Of Cable Hogue.
Dir: Sam Peckinpah.
It is one of great efforts on the subject of lost of American Old-West. I seldom get itchy in later western movies, depicting vehicles. However, here you get central issue of modernity coming to West. Jason Robards brings excellent comic style to his acting (as always), he is all the good thing to watch and like this movie.
