The Bag Man (2014) has received relatively low ratings on some websites and I don't get it. It has to be down to expectations of lots of action, explosions, and killings. There is action etc., but the movie is, for the most part, wordy and I found it fascinating and darkly comedic.
While it hasn't been classified as comedy it most definitely is, in a macabre, Tarantino-esque, kind of way. VJ - Movies and Books World.
