Review of The Bag Man (2014) by Amrit T — 20 May 2014
The movie relies on a sole wonderful twist that could have engage the viewers on the plot. Instead it typically waits to the end to reveal the twist making most of the scenes dull. It could have done more. It's quite awesome if you think of it. A hitman being tested by his master for his skill and loyalty is brilliant idea for a movie. Yet there's a lot of shortcomings from the storytelling. John Cusack.
Is not fit to play the part. The story seems to indicate he's a masterful gun man which he never did so well. Pity an idea like this goes wasted. Still, watching it is not a true waste of time.
