Yup. This movie has everything. McNulty from The Wire. Professor Umbridge. England in the 20's. Mutilated dolls with rabbit heads that sing French songs. Ping pong. Science that proves ghost and psychics are hoaxes, that then get disproven by ghosts which then get disproved one more time.
A story that is like Nancy Drew with some nudity thrown in. Voyerism, self-mutilation and suicide. Creepy doll houses. A bit of parallel to Profusso Rosso. Not the best film ever, but its worth watching if you like all those things.
