Review of The Avengers (1998) by Man With N — 04 Aug 2013

Is it bad? Yeah, it's pretty fucking bad. Is it horrible? Not really. It's quite entertaining. It's probably one of my favorite bad movies. The action and acting are mostly good, but it's predictable as all hell and cheesy. The cast is great but it didn't have the director to do it. Seriously, what the fuck was up with those bear suits? I legitimately like the final fight scene, even though it ends in a 'what the fuck?' kind of ending. The film is stylish in the wrong ways. Case in point: THE FUCKING BEAR SUITS.

I'm giving The Avengers a 4/10 mostly for acting, action and the fact that it didn't take itself too seriously.
