The Atoning is a great supernatural thriller, with solid performances and a fantastic twist at the end. Revolving around a small family with a dark secret, the parents try to shield their young son from the this dark truth.
Supernatural forces close in and expose the truth and the young family must come to grips with the evil they have unleashed. I enjoyed the storyline, performances and how beautifully it was shot. A very well done haunting film, similar to The Others, & Skeleton Key.
