Review of The Art of Being Straight (2009) by Lee M — 18 Aug 2012
For a genre that is typically over-dramaticised, The Art of Being Straight felt surprisingly genuine. Lifestyle choices, beginning with a thought and ending in a decision, aren't made in a couple weeks.
Rather than offering resolutions to the questions posed in the film, the director acknowledges the reality of the situation by leaving room for interpretation.
