While I do Like the movie for it's Humor and Action,.

Here's what I think they could've done:

Have Electro and Goblin be the only villains and have the film end with the Sinister Six leader revealing the Rhino suit for the third movie so the Rhino can be the main villain and continue it with the other villains and end with the Sinister Six at part 6.
