Review of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) by Mekhi W — 10 Jul 2017

Very dumb and disappointing sequel. Several character arcs aren't well made and could use improvement (some are good like Gwen's), action is far too scarce (good when it does show up though), the writing is embarrassingly bad, dialogue sucks, it's silly yet mostly unfunny.

Some positives are the actors are great and the special effects are good. The theme of AS2 is lost potential. Could've been great, was just ok at best.
