I cannot begin to tell anyone how many times I have seen this movie. Although, I can certainly tell you I fall in love with it over and over again each time watching it. I don't know what it is -- wish that I did.
Sadly, I should know, but certainly do not. It may be that the man is the one who is suffering with heartache and not the girl. Also, it may be that I love this time period. Granted, it's a long two hours, but its well-worth it in my opinion.
I also own the book and I also cannot begin to tell you how many times I have read it, because I don't know. The answer would be "a lot." I can never get sick of the book or the movie. If I had to choose between the two -- I would choose the.
