Review of The Age of Adaline (2015) by Theresa M — 11 Jul 2015

This movie had a good concept, but it was just horribly executed. I wanted to believe that the ending wouldn't be super predictable, but I was wrong. You can guess the ending basically before the movie even starts.

Even though the movie was nearly two hours long it felt rushed and I didn't really get emotionally attached to any of the characters. I love Blake Lively, but man was her character dull. I was sad when her dog died and that was about it.

And to be honest I forgot half way through the movie that she even had a husband before she stopped aging because they mention it probably once and then move on. The love part of this movie (which is the main focus) is weird and the more I think about it the weirder it gets.
