Review of The Age of Adaline (2015) by Todd G — 17 Sep 2015
I thought this was terrific: dramatic, funny, sad, and bittersweet. Blake Lively did a fantastic job and was beautiful, while the other cast including Ellen Burstyn and Harrison Ford were great. I don't know why this wasn't certified as very fresh -- perhaps it seemed too old-fashioned for modern audiences -- but I would rather watch a movie like this than 99.
99% of the crap usually shown at the local multiplex.
