Review of The African Queen (1952) by Sofia Å — 23 Jul 2009
Wow, did Bogey ever have big teeth? But seriously, I really liked the characters of Charlie and Rosie -- they are two no nonsense people whose love story gets narrated in a very no nonsense way. Still, this movie is better as a mildly humouristic love story -- despite the seemingly action packed story it never gets that exciting.
