Review of The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988) by Jordan R — 17 Apr 2008
Completely insane.
It's impossible to describe. Or perhaps I'm just tired. Go see it. Laugh repeatedly at more or less everything. Watch John Neville, respected Shakespearean actor, play a character at four different ages who, among other things, rides cannonballs, has tea with Olympians, turns into a whirling merry-go-round of death, argues repeatedly with little girls, and bends reality so adroitly it would give Q (the character from ST:TNG, not the Biblical source document) a headache.
