It's boring idiotic crap. It was done better when it was called "In Time". And early called 12 Monkeys. And earlier the Manchurian Candidate.
This was the first film were I realized Matt Damon is just simply a bad actor. Or if not that--not a leading actor.
The movie is like Minority Report except much less interesting and with b-movie actors such as Damon.
The movie features a thing, then a thing and then magic from God. So Matt Damon can be a Senator and still get the girl or something. The movie doesn't really at all reflect whether the girl is worse or better off with or without such an asshole.
The only reason anyone would/should ever watch this again is to either a) start again from the last time they fell asleep, or b) just to laugh and eyeroll as if a farce. Which it surely is.
BAD MOVIE. Look at these people giving this crap 3 and a half stars. I only give it one because it was shot by a normal camera so some of the architecture is nice to look at in some scenes. Utterly forgettable CRAP.
