Review of The Abyss (1989) by Josh K — 30 May 2013
This was a beautiful movie. It felt so real, so human. Not only was this movie intense and entertaining, but it kept me guessing. More importantly this movie had a simple yet powerfully imbedded message, and I will remember it for a very long time.
Definitely a must see from the incredible James Cameron. With the action and the language, I would say its only for mature teens. The movie should have far more positive impact at that age as well. Incredible movie.
