Review of The 39 Steps (1935) by Ian P — 20 Nov 2011
Excellent early Hitchcock classic. In many ways its a precursor for his later work (North by Northwest being the biggest example). A man is caught up in a spy ring and struggles to discover who he can trust. Great performance by Donat.
