A fun old-fashioned action flick. Since this is an older movie, don't expect tons of violence and fancy camera shots. The dialogue is over-the-top which is both good and bad. The Spartans seem really "American".
Xerxes and Themistocles are colorful and fun. Leonidas has no character development. But then again, he doesn't need any!
