Jim Brooks is the best storyteller ever. His movies fascinate me with their realistic characters and dialogue bringing together such heart-warming themes. In this movie, it's a family coming to terms with marriage, kids, moving, infidelity, divorce, and, cancer.
Only Jim could make these different issues hilarious and sad all at the same time.
