Review of Terms of Endearment (1983) by Ashlea N — 09 Aug 2009
This was a very good movie, but I have to admit that I was a tad bit disappointed. As Good As It Gets is easily one of my favorite movies, and since this film boasts the same director, I was expecting Terms of Endearment to be just as good, if not better, but it fell short somewhat.
Shirley MacLaine and Debra Winger put in great lead performances as the mother and daughter. Jack Nicholson played a great ladies' man in his supporting role. A bit sad, but very good.
