Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Adamd — 17 Jun 2009
Generally horrible. A few cool special effects that are not cool enough to redeem the film. Hideous writing: for example, consider this...in each Terminator film, the machines have attempted to kill John Connor on sight.
In this film, the machines identify him as John Connor, and conveniently neglect to kill him. Instead they imprison him, which, of course, gives the good guys time to rescue him. Pretty much negates just about everything that happened in the first three films.
Jeez.
