Not nearly as funny as I anticipated - mostly, just a stupid morality tale. There are some hilarious lines and scenes though, culminating in Ralph becoming "permanently insane," and the narrator warning that "marihuana" addiction (moralists can't spell) "could strike you, or you, or...yoooou [points to camera]." Straight out of The Simpsons :).
Maybe it's funnier if you're high.
