Review of Ted Bundy (2002) by Sickert — 17 Nov 2004
This movie didn't show what Ted Bundy was really like. It brushed through some of his actions, but failed to show the essense of his character (or lack thereof). Michael Reilly Burke played a good killer, but not a good Bundy.
The reason I gave it a ten was because the voyuer scene was rather entertaining, and the electric chair scene was most exciting. I was disappointed it didn't dive further into his character, but I ended up enjoying the movie as a movie, apart from the man.
It helps to know Bundy's history before seeing it though. What I didn't get out of it was the feeling of disgust that everyone seems to be feeling.
