This movie doesn't even really do anything. I think I laughed twice and giggled twice--mostly in the first twenty minutes or so--but then it just hopes that you'll laugh because they're showing people that exist in real life.
The movie itself has no real voice and its jokes are all one-note. If they're more than one-note, it's because it's just a slight variation of that one note. Even the montage song is from a South Park episode from 2002, and that was a.
) in a funnier context and b.) not Parker and Stone redoing their own joke, at least at the time. This is pretty much a 22-minute South Park episode stretched to 97 minutes, but it doesn't work, mostly because the jokes are way easier.
And I love South Park. At least I wasn't really offended or anything.
