I don't know any of you personally, but it is really hard to review a movie such as this. I would never want to steer someone toward something that would be offensive to them, so I want to warn you all that this movie is shocking, vulgar as all hell and warped beyond belief. This movie is disturbing, graphic, grotesque and hard to watch, but it is also funny, clever, visually stunning and imaginatively inventive.

The movie contains 3 generational stories of a grandfather, father and son who are linked by the excessive preoccupation with their individual fetishes. Throughout it all there are scads of satirical moments that take shots at Central European pessimism and repression. Beautiful, colorful with fluid cinematography that is spellbinding and nauseating at the same time.

If you are a brave movie lover, you will be amused by the inventive ways this director can gross you out. It is absolutely shameless and has to be seen to be believed. If you do happen to see it, you may not like it, but you won't forget it. Yes, I gave it 100% just for the fact that it is so unique and warped, and becaus I felt guilty about laughing at so much of this funny and incredibly crafted film. If a movie can make you feel so many different emotions that contradict each other from one minute to the next, then I must say that is what defines brilliance. This one will polarize audiences and even individual moviegoers will be confused about how to feel about this one.

Final warning: I recommend this, but it is only for the most adventurous of us movie lovers. Proceed with caution.
