Review of Tango & Cash (1989) by Khris N — 20 Oct 2009
Kind of a disappointment since Sylvester Stallone had to play more of a straight man to Kurt Russell's wild card. I'd have enjoyed it more if it was the two of them in their usual roles just kicking ass together.
Instead, we get a thinly-veiled, homoerotic buddy cop comedy that lacks anything truly memorable and suffers from a pretty standard and predictable plot. Still, it's Tango & Cash. They're badass.
Plus, Teri Hatcher looks pretty hot.
