Review of Talk Radio (1988) by David K — 01 Nov 2007
Eric Bogosian's talents are featured well in this dark venture into cinema. If you like him in this challenging and sometimes disturbing role, you might like (if you can find a copy) "Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll," his one-man stage show in which he portrays 10-12 different marginalized street characters.
Please watch either movie, as his recent career has seemingly become more safe and profitable than the sober and crazed sage in these 2 movies. It's an uneven film, but Bogosian's scenes while On the Air are simply inspired, and written by Bogosian.
