This film has the perfect tone for the touchy subject it addresses. It is beautifully -if uncreatively- shot, and, for the most part, well acted. However, don't expect an elaborate plot (or much of a plot at all) or a deep character study.
It also gets slightly repetitive at times. But it will touch your heart and maybe even surprise you a little.
