Maybe we all have that boss who treats us like a schmuck, but it's Guy who really has it bad. As a producers assistant he has the shittiest job ever. On top of that, his boss spends every moment insulting him and belittling him till he's full of rage.
He inadvertently starts losing his desire to work, until he forgets about the fact that his boss is just trying to help him succeed. That's when Guy finds himself in a jam that no one but his boss can get him out of.
Kevin Spacey delivers some great lines in this great comedy about progression and power in the movie industry.
