I could say the same things about Suspiria as Tenebrae except here the visual artistry here is even more rareified and the story even less comprehensible. But the supernatural elements suit Argento well, and thank goodness, he kept the violence just as visceral and corporal as usual.

The movie is disorienting, but worth the effort: Suspiria contains some of the strangest and most unsettling images you're likely to see in a horror flick.
