Review of Suspicion (1941) by Nicolas A — 10 Oct 2009
It's hard to rate this movie as im not sure if I actually liked it, to start with I found the ending quite obvious and the first half hour had no Hitchcock style our trademarks whatsoever, the suspence was not enough to be called 'a hitchcock classic'.
But on the other side the performances of Cary Grant and Joan Fontaine where phenomenal and the movie was from beginning to end intresting, it didnt got stuck on one subject but it handles more of them which makes it more enjoying to watch.
Also the music and cinematography where great. I'll rate it 4 stars because I expected more of a 40's Hitchock film.
