Review of Surveillance (2008) by Marc W — 15 Jan 2010
I have never walked out of a movie. always stay with it until the bitter end just in case a horrible miraculously redeems itself by the end. I almost walked out on the worst movie I've ever seen (Congo) but I stuck with that one too.
This movie is a tie I think. I wanted to give this movie no star, but watching Bill Pullman's character was worth it. The twist at the end was almost decent, so a solid one star it is.
I can't decide which was worse, Boxing Helena or this one. I seriously doubt this filmaker would have ever been given a writing/directing gig if it weren't for her father David (a real master).
