Review of Superman: Doomsday (2007) by John M — 06 Feb 2008

Weak. This is the way watered down version of the story with the whole second half changed from what was in the comics.The two big fights are good in animation but the overall story and acting was pretty weak.

There seemed to be a sexual relationship between Lex and Superman as well and I thought that was a little strange and off putting.Over all the movie was poor and the writing lacking.I didn't really care for the way Superman was portrayed either.

The relationship between Lois and him was annoying and the character of Jimmy Olsen was a joke.There were a couple scenes I enjoyed and that kept this from falling to the dreaded half star.
