I'll be honest in that 5 minutes into it I know it's the clifnotes version of the doomsday story but I gave it a pass in hopes it was at least entertaining. it is. really great animation especially in the action scenes.
the translation of the battles to the screen worked out well. I had hoped for some JLA cameos or something but brevity and concise seemed to be the goals of this one. Superman's voice from Adam Baldwin is an unfortunate miscast.
otherwise, its successful direct-to-video.
