Review of Superman: Doomsday (2007) by Dann M — 01 Jun 2013
One of Superman's landmark stories is told in the DC Universe feature Superman: Doomsday. When LexCorp unearths an alien craft it releases a deadly creature known as Doomsday that's bent on destroying all life, and Superman must find a way to stop him and save Metropolis.
Featuring the voice talents of Adam Baldwin, Anne Heche, and James Marsters, the casting is pretty good. The animation however, is a bit simplistic and doesn't have much depth or texture. Superman: Doomsday is a solid animated film, but the quality is mediocre for such an ambitious project.
