4 - Morgan Spurlock eats McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 30 days to document how bad this food is for you. It may seem obvious, and the experiment in itself may be flawed, but his indictment of the fast food industry is revealing and riveting.

Also, much like Michael Moore, the doco is presented in an entertaining comedic style. Good starting point for those in need of a lifestyle change.
