Very very French. About the subjective value we place on *things* and how fickle we can we about it. At the beginning of the film a character who didn't care at all about a house is nearly crying about losing it.
.. and then 3 seconds later she runs off again to have fun and play with a boyfriend. Good but not excellent. You have to really enjoy French films to like this one.
