Review of Suicide Club (2001) by Dustin W — 28 Jul 2009
Not too crazy about this move, but Asian Horror fans will probably dig it. There are some interesting characters in this one, but they don't get too much screen time and so aren't as influential to he plot as they could be. Conversely, some scenes seem to be much longer and drawn out as the could have been. Also, the ending doesn't resolve quite as much as it probably should.
One interesting thing about Suicide Club is that it's sort of a musical horror- everything bursts into song randomly, and goes better than you think it would.
