Unrelentingly depressing and motivationally weak as written. Kind of a mess! Circumstances out of order for virewer to believe Maud's actions. Had she lost her son before all the suffragette meeting it would have made sense.
A mother would not jeapardize her child. And hello? How was a woman with her backgroud educated? Messy.
