A useful reminder of the struggle for universal suffrage. A missed opportunity movie-wise..... I wasn't hugely excited by the characters, their lives nor the events they are involved in..

it seemed to be shot with a very shallow depth of field making subjects in focus feel detached from the scene..

Worthy subject matter.. that's an uninspiring movie.
