What a visual assault of special effects! Loved the overall 'look' of the film, very impressive.
Yes, the story is jumbled and falls into a senseless heap by the end. But it's just so much fun to watch, that the story hardly matters.
The story would not have been that bad if it had been portrayed differently. There is a genius to the thought of a teenage girl's mental picture of her circumstances and how she portrays her escape. But it was just not done correctly.
But great fun never the less.
