Review of Suburban Girl (2007) by Aislinn O — 07 Mar 2008
Less of a romantic comedy and more of a romance/drama. This little movie got lost in the shuffle, which is too bad. There's a really great chemistry between Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alec Baldwin, and the adaptation and melding of Melissa Bank's 2 stories was very nice.
If Sex and the City, Felicity, and My So-Called Life had a baby, this movie would be it. It's a great romantic escape, I have to say.
