Review of Suburban Girl (2007) by Michael G — 15 Nov 2010

I'm actually a little bit uncertain as to how I felt about this one...I was expecting a romantic comedy, but got a pretty heavy subplot introduced about 60% of the way through an otherwise enjoyable movie.

That took me by surprise and left a funny taste. It felt a little like the Family Stone but wasn't nearly as well done. I like Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alec Baldwin so I didn't turn on it completely.

But unless you're a fan of someone or something specific about this one, you can probably skip it.
