It was an interesting reflection of my life and the clichà (C) plot details the critics seem to consider trite and useless, are more the opposite. They are quintessential aspects of life, especially for teenagers discovering life and their place in it.

To ignore these details is to.dehumanize the characters. Acting was what you would expect from a cast of academy award winners and nominees. Has the idea been done before? Yeah. Of course. But again, its life.
