OK movie. Streets of Blood's plot never really goes anywhere, or does anything unexpected. It always seemed like a Michael Mann rip off, and never really took advantage of it's decent story. But the acting pedigree of Kilmer and Stone made it always watchable, with a few nice gun fights thrown in.
