When Val Kilmer has a good role and commits to it he can be one hell of a good actor. He does a good job in this flick, but the story and most of the cast around him drags this one right down into the dirty water of New Orleans.
Curtis Jackson should stick to rap...Guess it helps to be somewhat popular to land a role in a movie.
