We all have THOSE movies. Those ones that we know are bad, but we just enjoy them anyway. That is one of those for me. Sure it doesn't really do justice to the franchise, and I'll take the animated version released the same year any day.
But this is just hilarious. The campiness, the nonsensicalness, Guile from Brussles, and the performances for Bison, Zangief, and Dee Jay are all just hysterical. I'd recommend it if you're looking for some cheesy mindless fun.
