Review of Strangers on a Train (1951) by Elizabeth N — 07 Oct 2018
This is one of those films that make you long for the good ol' days of when you could encounter a new conversation wherever and whenever, even if it meant encountering ill meaning miscreants at every turn. I would say that I would love to see a contemporary spin of this film made but in 2018, people are glued to their smartphones and iPads that a chance train encounter like this would seem unlikely.
Farley granger is once again wonderful in another hitchcock classic!
