Hillarious. Two scenes make the entire two hours worth spending. One is Scott's knock-knock joke in the back of the police car, and the other one is when Willis and Morgan catch the best car thief in the city, who turns out to be a 10-year-old kid.

With a bad mouth. Morgan is the weak link in this movie, he's absolutely awful, but if you can get around that, you're in for a couple of laughs. Seann William Scott stole this movie and his cameo role is worth watching.
