Review of Straight From the Heart (2003) by Jakki J — 23 Aug 2011

Had read some really great reviews on this movie, but it was pretty disappointing. The acting wasn't great, and the love story seemed contrived. Sorry, but I have a hard time seeing the wisdom in a woman flying out to meet a stranger and riding off alone with him into the wilderness.

Don't get me wrong, it had some nice moments, but it just wasn't great film I was led to believe it was. I think those who give it glowing reviews must be older single women who are still holding out hope for this kind of far fetched romance.

By the way, could they come up with a more generic title?
